Pricing questions
How does the free trial work?
Every plan includes a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. You get the full plan for those seven days, and billing only starts if you decide to continue.
What does “per location” mean?
Pricing is charged for each business location you manage, and a single shop, clinic or venue is one location. You can run several locations from the one account: increase the number of locations on your subscription in the billing portal, then add each one under Settings → Location. You’re billed the plan price for each location.
Can I manage more than one location?
Yes. All your locations sit under one login, and a location switcher lets you move between them. Each one keeps its own reviews, analytics, settings and integrations, so every location connects its own Google Business Profile, phone number and social pages. You can compare their performance from the one account.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move between Starter, Growth and Pro at any time, and the change applies from your next billing period.
How much do I save by paying yearly?
Yearly billing gives you twelve months for the price of ten, a saving of around 17 per cent. Switch the toggle above the plans to see yearly prices.
Are prices in Australian dollars?
Yes. All prices are in Australian dollars. GetReview is operated by Five Star Hub, a registered business name of INJ Properties Pty Ltd.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There are no lock-in contracts. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
